I imagine a world where children can grow into adults that feel happy and confident about their bodies. As parents and caregivers, we have a vital role in protecting our children and challenging status quo. One that currently makes us feel bad about ourselves and our bodies. Together we can make a difference and change that narrative. Creating an environment where children can learn to feel good, eat well and feel good about their bodies. This workshop troubleshoots common nutrition problems and offers practical strategies for building a positive relationship with food and body. Raising children who feel good, eat well and have a positive body image. A child who is confident, resilient and feels good in their own skin easily thrives in the challenges life brings.
