Food is never just about food

Food, feeding and eating are shaped by far more than nutrition science alone. They are influenced by our nervous systems, sensory needs, relationships, neurodivergence, emotions, body image and lived experience.

This is especially important when supporting ARFID, picky or fussy eating, paediatric feeding challenges, eating disorder recovery and body image concerns.

My work sits at the intersection of nutrition science and psychology,  supporting the nutrition concern while also protecting your relationship with food, eating and body.

Compassionate Support for eating, feeding, nutrition, and body image throughout life.
